Please register for class in advance. 

You must pay when you signup online. 

You may cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before class and your class will be refunded to your account to use again. 

Classes with no sigh-ups 3 hours

prior to start time may be cancelled.

Class Descriptions

Yoga

Mixed level yoga, suitable for any flexibility and practice level. Class will be tailored to participants needs. Relieve tension and gain clarity and focus for the week. Class size is limited to 9. 

Barre

A full body workout using high reps and frequent stretching. Barre works all your muscles and challenges your balance. Class size is limited to 6.

Quick Yoga 

A half your yoga class designed to quickly energize your body and mind. This is a free class, but space is limited. Please signup online to reserve your spot.
